For instance, if you advertise an electrical service, you must have the required licenses to offer such services in the jurisdiction where the service will be provided.
You take full responsibility for the content of your advertisements, services, promotions, or any other offerings. Our Service and we will not be held liable for any issues arising from them. You must obey and follow the laws and regulations in the United Kingdom when creating advertisements. Any advertisements found to be illegal or without the necessary licenses or certifications will be removed without prior notice, and no refund will be provided.
If you choose to purchase an advertisement through our Service, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information for the display of the advertisement. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact method, website, Instagram account, Facebook account, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We may also collect your address or nearby postcode for the purpose of calculating the distance between you and our app users. By choosing to advertise with us, you understand and consent that this information will be publicly available to all users of the Service. It's your responsibility to manage the implications of such public disclosure, and we will not be held liable for any issues arising from it. We strongly discourage the use of personal contact information like personal address, personal phone numbers or personal WhatsApp accounts in these public advertisements.
Please note that this platform prohibits the posting of advertisements related to stocks, cryptocurrencies, the buying and selling of drugs, violence, and pornography to ensure the interests and safety of our users. If violated, your advertisement may be immediately removed.
All visitors of the Service are advised to exercise due diligence and take necessary precautions when accessing services, promotions, or advertisements provided by third parties within the Service. It is important to thoroughly evaluate and verify the authenticity and legality of the service providers, promoters, or advertisers before engaging with them. Be cautious and do not trust advertisements easily, as they may be fraudulent or involve illegal activities. By taking the necessary steps to ensure the legitimacy of service providers, promoters, or advertisers, you can prevent potential losses and risks to yourself.
